Who owns the system and the data?
You do. Your data belongs to you, with a full export at any time. Ownership of the code and where it runs, on our cloud or your own server, is agreed in the contract before we start.
Where is the system hosted?
On secure cloud hosting with SSL and regular backups kept apart from the live system. If your company needs data held in the UAE or on your own servers, we set it up that way.
Do we need to replace our accounting software?
No. Accounting, VAT and financial statements can be built in, or we connect to QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero or Odoo. You choose what suits your company.
Are you ready for UAE e-invoicing?
Our systems produce structured invoices and connect to the accredited e-invoicing service provider you appoint, so your invoices flow through the national system.
How long does a project take?
A company website takes 2 to 4 weeks. A business system takes 6 to 12 weeks, delivered in stages, with working screens from week two.
Can you move our data from Excel, Tally or QuickBooks?
Yes. We import staff, customers, items and opening balances, and for accounting moves we bring the full history and match the trial balance period by period.
What about training?
Short, practical training for each role, in English or Arabic, plus simple guides inside the system.
How does support work?
The people who built your system support it, on WhatsApp and email, with monthly or yearly support plans that include hosting, backups and small changes.
Is our payroll and HR data safe?
Two-step sign-in, PIN approvals, roles and access levels, a full history of every change and regular backups come as standard.
Can we try it first?
Yes. The live demo opens a working copy with your logo and sample data in two minutes. For serious projects we can also arrange a guided trial.

Every system is different, so we share a clear quote after a short call, once we understand what you need.
